    FAQ

Yes. Each chandelier is assembled by hand — the fur is trimmed and fitted, the face is painted, and every ornament strand is tied on individually. That means small variations between pieces: a slightly different hang on the strands, a bit more wear on the paint. Yours won't be identical to the one in the photos, and that's the point.
It comes ready to hang with a cord and fitting. Most customers mount theirs from a pergola beam, porch rafter, or covered patio hook. Takes under five minutes — you just need a solid fixing point that can take the weight.
Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days, then delivery takes 2–3 weeks. Because these are made in small batches with hand-finished details, we don't hold huge stock — which is part of why they take a little longer than a standard decoration. Tracking is sent as soon as it's on its way. Order early for Christmas; December gets busy.
Yes, each strand is fixed at the rim. Everything is designed to move a little in the breeze — that's intentional, and it's what makes the bells ring.
Yes, under cover. It's designed for pergolas, porches, verandas and covered patios. We don't recommend leaving it fully exposed to heavy rain or storms — bring it in if the weather turns nasty.

    This is art

I don't say that lightly. The way the snowman's blue eyes pierce through at twilight and the icicles catch the warm glow underneath — it's genuinely beautiful in a dark sort of way. Hung it on our balcony and I could stare at it for hours.

    Alpine horror Christmas energy

The Krampus gives big dark European folklore vibes and I am LIVING for it. The birch twigs and rusted bells feel so authentic. Combined with the glowing red eyes and shaggy black fur it's like Krampus himself is hovering over your dinner. Incredible piece.

Great quality, would love more ornament strands

The Krampus head is stunning — the fur, the horns, the eyes. The hanging chains and ornaments look great. I just feel like it could use a few more dangling strands to really fill out the bottom. Still giving it 4 stars because it's gorgeous.

    Not your grandma's chandelier

Unless your grandma is cool. The Krampus design is dark, detailed, and looks incredible at dusk. The star lights mixed with the matte black baubles create a really nice contrast.

    Peak Christmas decor

I've been looking for something that matches my vibe and the Krampus is it. The canopy is dark and brooding, the hanging ornaments are detailed and creepy, and the whole thing glows at night in the most dramatic way.

    Scared the delivery driver

He knocked and looked up and nearly dropped my other package. The Krampus chandelier with the red eyes was glowing right above the porch. Felt kind of bad but also kind of proud. Amazing product.

The skulls in Santa hats are hilarious

Such a fun small detail on the Krampus version. The whole piece is dark and foreboding and then you look closer and there's tiny skulls wearing little Santa hats. Perfectly captures that horror-meets-Christmas spirit. Love the creativity.

Slightly hard to hang but totally worth it

The Krampus is a bit heavier than I expected so make sure you've got a solid hook. Once it's up though, wow. The dark fur and ram horns silhouetted against the evening sky is breathtaking. The red eyes are the cherry on top.

We had a Krampus-themed Christmas party

The Krampus chandelier was the centerpiece and it absolutely delivered. Red eyes glowing, bells tinkling, skulls in tiny Santa hats dangling. Our guests could not stop talking about it. Worth every cent.

This thing is HEAVY in the best way

The Krampus feels substantial and premium. The fur is thick, the horns look realistic, the dangling ornaments have real weight to them. The bells actually ring in the wind which adds to the atmosphere. Really well built.

My whole friend group wants one now

Hung the Krampus at our outdoor dinner and by the end of the night three people had asked me for the link. The dark fur canopy with those red eyes is so dramatic. Chains and black baubles swinging underneath — it's a whole mood.

    Dark Christmas perfection

If you're the kind of person who puts up a black Christmas tree, the Krampus version is for you. Genuinely intimidating. The birch twigs, rusted bells, and little skulls in Santa hats are such incredible details.

    KRAMPUS GANG

Got the Krampus variant and this is the most metal Christmas decoration I have ever seen. The shaggy black fur with the ram horns and glowing red eyes hanging over my table? Absolutely demonic. The chains and bells clanking in the breeze is next level. Will be buying more.

    Pretty good overall

Got the snowman. Nice looking piece. The head is detailed and the hanging ornaments look good. My only minor gripe is I wish there were a few more icicle strands to make it look even fuller. But still a great addition to our patio decor.

    Frosty's evil twin

That's literally what the snowman version is and it's glorious. The cool-toned lights mixed with the warm fairy lights underneath create this amazing contrast. Looks spectacular on our covered patio. Really well made.

Got this for my sister and she freaked out

She's obsessed with creepy Christmas stuff and the snowman was perfect. The packaging was nice too. It looks phenomenal at night with the lights on. She's already asking me to get her the Krampus one.

    So much detail

The battered top hat with the red scarf, the lumpy texture of the snowman head, the coal grin, the twig nose — every element has clearly been thought through. The dangling ornaments are all on-theme. Really impressed.

    Christmas party centerpiece

Hung the snowman version over our outdoor dining table for our holiday party and it absolutely made the night. Everyone was taking photos of it. The icy blue eyes glowing down on you while you eat is such a vibe.

Gave it 4 because I wish it was slightly bigger

Don't get me wrong the snowman looks incredible. The detail on the coal teeth and twig nose is great. The star lights dangling below are beautiful. I just wish the overall size was maybe 20% larger. Still absolutely love it.

    Unique holiday vibes

Nobody else on my street has anything like this. The snowman face with those creepy blue eyes is so unexpected. The dangling ornaments are all winter-themed which I appreciate — icicles, snowflakes, frosted balls. Really cohesive design.

    My partner thinks I'm insane

He came home and I had three sinister snowmen hanging over our outdoor table. He just stared. Then he said it's actually kind of amazing. Win. The glow effect at dusk is really special. Love this so much.

Bought all three variants and the snowman is my fave

Something about the snowman one just hits different. The scarf detail is really cute-creepy. The frosted baubles and blue star lights dangling underneath give off this eerie winter glow. Chef's kiss.

    Better than I imagined

The photos are great but the snowman in person is even cooler. The texture on the snowman head looks really realistic. The grey fur rim is a classy touch. Hung it on our back deck and it transforms the whole space at night.

    Winter wonderland meets horror

The snowman variant is what happens when Frozen goes wrong and I am here for it. The lumpy snowman head with the battered top hat has so much character. The icicle strands catch light in a really magical way.

    Unique Christmas decor find

I'm tired of the same boring Christmas decorations every year. This is genuinely different. The horror nutcracker head with all the dangling ornaments glowing at dusk looks like something out of a Tim Burton film. Really pleased.

The icy blue eyes are EVERYTHING

Got the snowman version and I didn't think a snowman could look this menacing. The icy blue glowing eyes combined with the coal-tooth grin at night are absolutely wild. The hanging icicles and snowflake ornaments are beautiful. Best impulse buy.

My kids are terrified and I love that

The red glowing eyes on the nutcracker are genuinely unsettling and my 8-year-old won't walk under it which honestly just makes it better. Amazing piece. The craftsmanship is better than expected at this price.

Good but one ornament arrived loose

The chandelier itself is gorgeous and looks amazing hung up. One of the small baubles arrived detached from its string but I glued it back on easily. Not a huge deal. Overall really happy with the look.

Fun and spooky in the best way

We have a Christmas party every year and this year the nutcracker chandelier stole the show. Everyone wanted to know where I got it. The red eyes reflecting off the white fur beard is a really cool effect.

    Obsessed

Short review because I'm too busy staring at it. It's perfect. The nutcracker vibes mixed with horror Christmas is exactly my aesthetic. The dangling walnuts and stars are such a nice detail. 10/10.

Our porch is now the talk of the street

Hung the nutcracker from our front porch beam and people literally pull over to look. The jagged teeth lit up from inside are so cool. Really good quality materials. Already ordered a second one.
